  The person who works there should serve people in the order they entered the facility. I had to wait for a while for a person who came after me and was served first.

  So far so good

  Very efficient and orderly when I walked through the door. The staff walked me through all the paperwork and explained everything in detail. Military friendly always a plus! Overall I am very happy with this storage unit.
