A CHALLENGING DAY quickly improved thanks to the staff at Public Storage
Everything was set to go---moving day to my condo in South Florida which I've owned for quite something however it was rented for several years with no issues reported. Upon giving notice to the tenant that I needed my condo for my own personal use since my primary home had sold rather quickly they readily complied and found another unit for them to rent. Between their moving out and my move we had one day for the cleaning people to come and get it ready for my items. Moving day comes, my truck loaded 145 boxes, no furniture and was heading to my condo----fortunately I arrived earlier to realize that the son to my tenant had damaged the condo badly, smoking, no cleaning, water spots on the furniture, etc. Totally trashed with the anticipation of extensive repairs I needed a place to park the contents of the moving truck. Within 5 minutes I was able to secure a 10 x 15 space at Public Storage on line and received a phone call welcoming me and upon arriving at the facility I was greeted by two wonderful ladies which made my transaction smooth and seamless to the point that I could divert the truck with contents and deposit all the goods including my bikes. They will remain there until my condo is restored and cleaned up. Great service and the word "can't be done" its not on their vocabulary.

Everyone at the public storage was helpful and made my moving experience a great one. They provided me a storage , showed me the space, signed the form and off to my move. Everyone Here is great. Peggy and her other workers Will make it an easy move experience!

CLEAN, SECURE, CONVENIENTLY LOCATED BUT NO DOLLYS AT 6AM!
Everything has been to our liking exceeding our expectations, except there is no oneat 6 AM to provide dollys. Consequently, we had to lift and transport heavy boxes upstairs one by one.
