We were not told we had to buy insurance even tho our stuff is insured. Scam.

Cleanliness and pricing are good.
The office was closed when I arrived at around 5:45 PM. I was unable to get any assistance by phone. Also, I did not get a callback. On arrival the next day, customer assistance was great.
