  Had a very nice experience. Very nice people helping me to do something that I haven't had to do before. Professional with a sense of humor which may not be important to some, but important to me. All my questions and concerns were answered immediately. Am looking forward to doing business with your company in Gladstone, Mo. I will recommend your facility to my friends. Thank you

  Jonathan is the best! After recently moving to the area, we ran into a storage pinch. He hooked us up with a storage unit in short order. The service was beyond efficient. Jonathan was exceptionally courteous and understanding! I would highly recommend this business for anyone seeking additional storage.

  "I stopped by your facility a couple of weeks ago to see your storage bins. I was impressed with the kindness and knowledge given to me by the employee working. Jonathan explained the different bin sizes at the facility and showed me the various supplies on hand for my personal needs if required. The area was clean, and neat, and Jonathan was very pleasant. Another employee entered the facility while I was their. Her name was Shawna. They were both extremely kind and answered all my questions. You have good employees that seem to care about their customers and the facility itself."

  Wonderful

  This PS is great to work with. Joe has been wonderful to help me get things all setup and explained things in detail. The rest of the staff is great as well.
