I had a really bad experience trying to locate my unit, I left in tears because I was so frustrated!!!! I walked around the unit multiple times, spoke with the virtual assistant multiple times as well to locate and it was all bad to the point I cancelled the unit. The last representative seen how frustrated I was and didnテ「竄ャ邃「t apologize for the inconvenience nor try to offer the manager on duty to assist. After calming down, I went back the next day and was able to get assistance from a lady named Lee I believe that maybe her first name not sure (African American) very apologetic and helpful- informed no manger was on site at the time and I shouldテ「竄ャ邃「ve been informed of that; however she did get me the assistance I needed and account was reinstated. After onsite manger showed me the unit I was able to fine it without any other issues.
The location needs to be labeled so customers can know that itテ「竄ャ邃「s two separate sides, 1000/2000 on one side and 3000/4000 on the other side
