The entire process of looking then selecting a storage unit was easy. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I love that the units are safe and secure.

Simple check in process but the move was long due to third floor elevator
Thankfully everything fit but I wish they would have given me the option of picking the unit instead of assigning.

Staff are friendly and very helpful.
If the units had access to more indoor lighting it would be helpful, such as having the lights on a manual timer the renter can turn on or off as they need, while working in the unit. Otherwise, I have no other complaints.
