Personal belongings Tetris.
The move in registration was very easy after doing the express check-in online. The loading dock and storage unit were in great condition. The only issues I had were navigating the carts around the corners of the inside building and finding the perfect way to fit my stuff in my space.

excellent introduction, too early to really know about security
Both Rose and Sibbina were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I haven't reviewed earlier because it's really too early to rate the security and reliability of the service. More importantly it required joining either Google or Yelp which I do not want to do. I am uncomfortable exposing private information online and I find the cookie statement below to be of concern. Clearly many companies as well as the government have been unable to protect consumer data. Since you're in the storage and security industry I'm sure you can understand why I'm reluctant to provide more information. Suffice it to say my experience with Public Storage employees and service so far have been first rate. The only negative I've experience has been the persistent badgering for reviews! How do I get you to stop?

One of their larger in city facilities
I believe there are several buildings containing units on four floors so there are many spaces available Everything is spotlessly clean the hallways and units. A little more expensive than I was hoping since they make you pay lock and insurance You don't really get The great you think you're going to get but you go through with it cuz you're already to that point.

Good service in setting up account but lack of carts.
Was satisfied as to the facilities and availability and the account was set up in a very timely manner. It appears to be a very popular storage area as people are coming and going all the time. We were able to get into our unit with no problem but feel that available carts are lacking on the floor. Thankfully we had our own cart. One was in use but feel that there should be more than one cart for usage. Believe that in most cases that would be standard to have a cart for belongings coming and going. There was only one elevator working but contacted the manager and she was responding in a very timely manner to alert for some maintenance. Thank You
